C.M 7 and all related equipment SD – Helwan Cement Plant
Scope of Works:
- Cement Mill
- Replace complete 4 rows lining plates of the inlet head types B, C, D & E
- Repair complete wearing plates of the scooping device (lifters, liners and the collecting center peice)
- Replace damaged 6 lining plates and complete 3 rows shell lining plates in the 2nd chamber
- Change rubber gland of stuffing box
- Re-tighten all bolts of 1st & 2nd compartment and put rubber plug for the holes at shell
- Clean the nozzle for any stuck materials
- CAST GROUT AROUND LINING CAST STEEL AND MILL INLET TRUNNION
- LAMINATED BOX CONVEYOR ( Change 20 buckets due to cracks and damage, repair 20 buckets, Check railways due to worn-out, Check sprocket, bearing, couplings and all of the drive unit, repair won-out parts by cladding feeding chute, repair won-out deflectors, & Check fastening of counter nuts in the chain.)
- Change fabric of air slide and Replace bearing and check coupling of the fan
- Peter Pump & Standby Peter Pump (Repair by welding damaged parts of the screw, replace damaged bushes of the inlet and outlet & check the clearance for all parts (bearings, flap gate, seals,….)
- Bucket Elevator (replace complete chain , Check bearing of pinion, Retighten all loose nuts of locks, and Check drive and driven units and sprockets )
- Maintenance & repair on clinker, Gypsum, & additive apron feeder
- Bag Filter ( Change damaged bags, Clean and re seal pulse pipes, Check suction pipes and adjust dampers, Check fan bearings and expansion, Change v belts & Make good sealing for doors )
