Mechanical activities in C.M#9- Helwan Cement

Overhaul of the cement mill 9 was carried out on the site of Helwan Cement, change the liner of mill head, and grinding of the mill head.
Remove and maintenance Telescope device, chute & re-installation
Remove and adjusting the Trunnion and installing a new ring O.D 3,300 / In 3100 after it was turning by us in order to support the mill and also maintain Pan Conveyor (check bearing, and change worn buckets and wheels,…etc).
Change the gasket of Symmetro

Bucket Elevator: check bearing unit for drive & driven, G.B, drive Drum & driven drum, change worn buckets, change chain of buckets

Petter Pump :check bearing unit, increase the blades of pump by welding

Air Slide: change the fabric & worn sheet metal

Vibrator: check the bearing, and change the screen and expansion joints and worn sheet metal was repair
Bag Filter: check the bearing, and pulse jet system, change fabric bag, v-belts

Apron Feeders (clinker, gypsum, and additive): check the bearing, change the worn wheels & buckets.

Repairing 4 Chrome Elbows by welding for S/C DOSING CHROME REDUCTION
